‘Revoiced’ with the Ferio Saxophone Quartet

Corvus Consort and Ferio Saxophone Quartet join forces to present a programme drawn from their critically-acclaimed album ‘Revoiced’.

Exploring the magical blend of saxophones and voices, the combined ensemble brings new colours to Baroque and Renaissance music, and features contemporary works composed and arranged specially for ‘Revoiced’.

Described as “a bold and fascinating recording” by Tortoise Media, ‘Revoiced’ was released on Chandos Records in 2022, receiving praise for its “intriguing and strikingly effective arrangements” and “beguiling reimaginings” (BBC Radio 3), and its “imaginative programme” (Gramophone Magazine).
